Our pipeline and roles.

We had a fairly unconventional pipeline for this project. We started off fairly simply with pitching ideas and coming to a group decision of what we wanted to pursue. From there though, we were all independent when it came to our individual characters. We all worked on our own concept work and creation. As well as finalised art that we would rig.
Some of us worked on the research and script, but we had a lot of personal input too; this meant it wouldn't sound robotic and our individuality could shine through in the audio.
We had individuals who rigged up for us, but most of us animated our own characters; be it lip-syncing and/or full body movements. 
Editor roles were given for putting together the entire project and adding music, editing sound and putting it in and so forth.
Together we created a project with a lot of personalisation to our own voices and characters, and successfully discussed an issue we all felt passionately about.
